TAMBORINE MT COFFEE PLANTATION

Tamborine Mt Coffee Plantation (TMCP) is a coffee destination in its own right. TMCP sits at 500 MASL in the Gold Coast Hinterlands and has approximately 600 coffee trees comprised of Red Bourbon, K7 and Yemen Mocha varieties. The farm is run by The Williams Family who have a passion of producing and serving specialty coffee. They are excited to welcome you to their farm and share the harvest with you.

Course dates: 5-8 October 2024
Please note that course dates are subject to change due to climate conditions.

The course fee includes:

  • Coffee, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea;

  • Course material;

  • Daily cupping and sensory exercises;

  • Biodynamic Farming workshop;

  • International guest speakers and Masterclass;

  • Winery tour;

  • Sensory experience box with roasted samples of each lot processed at the course;

  • A cupping event to assess the processed coffees at the farm (usually 12 weeks after the course);

  • PMB T-shirt and Sponsor goodie bag; and

  • Certificate of completion.

Guest speakers and Masterclass presenter TBA.

This course is limited to 12 students. A minimum of 8 students are required to hold the course.
