The Competition Series was created to produce an outstanding, complex, well-balanced and clean cup. Here, we used an innovative technique and extended fermentation to produce different flavours and properties in the coffees. These coffees were grown at Tamborine Mt Coffee Plantation, which sits at 500MASL in the Gold Coast Hinterlands. The coffees have been scored 90+ points.
