We are excited to announce our brand new course in 2022! Introduction to Processing Methods Bootcamp is a practical two-day course, held over two-days, to educate students on traditional processing methods. Students are immersed into harvesting and processing specialty coffee, daily cuppings and sensory exercises. We are offering this course at two farms this year: Glass House Mountains Coffee Project (Sunshine Coast) and Tamborine Mt Coffee Plantation (Gold Coast).
